Hoppers

• "A" Type - General purpose
• "Ax" Type - small infeed ideal for transferring products from one FLOVEYOR to another or from other processing machinery
• "B" Type - The largest standard hopper, ideal for manual loading

All hoppers feature quick-release attachments to the infeed housing and are hinged enabling easy access for cleaning.

Hopper accessories

Hopper accessories are designed to fit all styles of FLOVEYOR hoppers and screwfeeders.

• Splash guard - to avoid product overflow
• Hinged lid - to prevent unwanted contamination in the hopper when machine is not in use
• Adaptor lid - for dustless transfer
• Grid - designed to prevent large objects entering the hopper
• Hopper extension - increase hopper capacity

Bases and Drives

• Standard Base, Bottom Drive
  • The FLOVEYOR standard base is a modular design incorporating a flanged electric motor (0.37 - 7.5kW) with integrated drive pulleys and belts
  • Standard bases are available for FLOVEYORs up to 8.0 metres high (5.0mtrs F2)
  • Standard bases incorporate brackets for the hinging of hoppers
  • The modular design allows the user to quickly change the angle of the FLOVEYOR and the electric motor position
  • Standard bases come with pre-punched mounting holes allowing the FLOVEYOR to be fastened to the floor or to any of the mobile attachments
• Simplified Base, Top Drive
  • Simplified bases utilise modular components of the standard base, such as angle adjustment and hopper brackets but have no internal drive
  • Simplified bases are used for top drive FLOVEYORs that need to support hoppers and hopper accessories
• Mini Base, Top Drive
  • These mini bases support the feed housing on top drive FLOVEYORs that utilise screwfeeders for feeding rather than hoppers
  • Mini bases do not support hopp
