FLOVEYOR Screwfeeder (powered feed hoppers)

FLOVEYOR screwfeeders are ideal for feeding materials that tend to ‘bridge’ or need to be control-fed into a FLOVEYOR.

Screwfeed hoppers are independently powered - designed to feed materials into the FLOVEYOR. Screwfeeders feature a ribbon screw design that feeds product with zero pressure. Screwfeeders may be used for all types of products, especially dry solids that will not flow naturally or tend to 'bridge'. Advantages include total batch feeding, storage and control/weigh feeding, custom built to requirements.

FLOVEYOR screwfeeders come in three standard styles to suit capacity and discharge method FLOVEYOR screwfeeders are powered separately, but share FLOVEYOR construction and inlet accessories and can be supplied with supports for handling "bulk bag" and FIBC containers.

FLOVEYOR Drag Units

FLOVEYORs have the ability to be utilised as drag units. Drag units run at slower speeds & lower capacities than standard FLOVEYORs but incorporate their components with the addition of combinations of inlets and dropouts in a totally dust-free environment with the advantages of operating over longer distances. Noteable points include total batch transfer to single/multiple discharges from single/multiple inlets, ease of cleaning without dismantling and the ability to handle cohesive or delicate products.

The FLOVEYOR Rope Assemblies

The FLOVEYOR also comes available with moulded Polyurethane (PU*) rope assemblies or riveted Polypropylene or PU discs fitted on galvanised or T304 stainless steel cable with T316 stainless steel as an option. The discs are uniquely moulded directly onto the cable, therefore reducing the likelihood of product contamination. FLOVEYOR moulded disc technology delivers Polyurethane discs with superior strength, wear and heat resistance, as well as low maintenance.
